Why should people sign up for our youth programs? All the components that we teach build on each other, so the players are able to gradually build their fundamental skills and also learn new skills each week. It is also amazing for returning players who are looking to stay fit and continue to practice their skills.
What knowledge will you be dropping? This would depend on the players. I usually start with the fundamentals to see where their skills are and adjust the program to what they may need to work on. Ideally, I would be teaching players how to apply the different skills they learn from drills into actual game scenarios.
Edward Guo, Misfit Coordinator

Favourite throw? OI flick
Current or main past teams? Red Flag, Furious George, Banana Cutters, Team Canada U24 Open; Eclipse Jr. Open 2019 Coach
Why should people sign up for the U19 Skills Series? It's a great opportunity for players to get back into the groove of ultimate and ramping up towards the summer season. The earlier you start the more prepared you'll be for the summer season!
What are you excited to teach? I'm most excited to teach the fundamentals of throwing and footwork to give the players the best base to work and grow from in the future.
