Summer Clinics have arrived! Taught by the talented Jen Nicholls and Jen Lee.

All clinics are by donation, it normally costs the VUL about $10 per person to run these high-level clinics.

August clinics will be added shortly.

Thursday, July 2	Register	Beginner and Intermediate Throwing Clinic Memorial South - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Throwing skills taught at both the beginner and intermediate level. We will tailor the clinic to the needs of the individuals.
Wednesday, July 8	Register	Intro To Ultimate Clinic Kingcrest - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Never played ultimate but would like to try? Intro to Ultimate is perfect for you. We'll go over the essential throws and game basics. Everyone is welcome!
Wednesday, July 15	Register	Beginner and Intermediate Throwing Clinic Kingcrest - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Throwing skills taught at both the beginner and intermediate level. We will tailor the clinic to the needs of the individuals.
Wednesday, July 22	Register	O & D Clinic Kingcrest - 7 pm - 8:30 pm This clinic will cover the fundamentals of offense and defense in ultimate.
Wednesday, July 29	Register	Advanced Throwing Clinic Kingcrest - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Advance your throwing skills to another level! This clinic is catered to those who have a consistent 10 m backhand.

Thursday, July 9	Register	Beginner Ultimate Clinic Serpentine - 7 pm - 8:30 pm New to ultimate or have only played for 1-2 years? We'll go over the essential throws and game basics. Everyone is welcome!
Thursday, July 16	Register	Intermediate Throwing Clinic Serpentine - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Throwing skills taught at both the intermediate level. We will tailor the clinic to the needs of the individuals.
Thursday, July 23	Register	O & D Clinic Serpentine - 7 pm - 8:30 pm This clinic will take your offense and defense to the next level. The clinic will be tailored to the needs of the participants.
Thursday, July 30	Register	Advanced Throwing Clinic Serpentine - 7 pm - 8:30 pm Advance your throwing skills to another level! This clinic is catered to those who have a consistent 10 m backhand.
