The VUL is now accepting nominations for our Annual Coaching Awards!

Passing your knowledge of ultimate to others is an extremely valuable gift to give, and we want to recognize our top coaches, mentors, and clinic leaders. These awards are presented to individuals whose coaching abilities are exemplary, including the abilities to embody Spirit of the Game, teach players to improve their skills, motivate and inspire players, and demonstrate qualities such as integrity, respect for the game, respect for players, and good team management.

There are two categories, with two awards per category to allow for recognition of all genders.

• VUL Youth Coach Award: Eligible to coaches and instructors of youth players (U19) through a VUL league or program.
• VUL Adult Coach Award: Eligible to coaches, mentors, and instructors of adult players through a VUL league or program.

If you know someone we should recognize, please nominate them! Send a description of why they are a good candidate to contact@vul.ca.

The deadline for 2017 nominations is Friday, September 15.
