Please join us in welcoming Shanna Rice as our new Marketing Coordinator! ​

Shanna is responsible for all of our marketing & communication activities other than social media. That includes web content, newsletters, ads, partnerships, community building, and much more. She will work closely with Allison Lambert, our Social Media Coordinator, and all other VUL personnel. 

Shanna started playing ultimate in Ontario in 2011, and moved to Vancouver last summer. She was Executive Director of Ontario Ultimate from 2017-2020 where she provided strategic leadership and operational execution for all of their communications, events, and sport development activities. She has extensive professional experience from other roles prior to joining Ontario Ultimate, as well. 

Shanna loves introducing people to Ultimate, giving them an opportunity to develop new friendships, experience the sport's unique competitive nature, and develop a healthier lifestyle. Spirit of the Game is near and dear to her heart!
