The weather is getting colder and the rain is here, but that’s okay because there’s more ultimate to play! We have 4 youth options for you:

1. U19 Skills Program – Two locations this year!

This year, we’re hosting two locations across Vancouver so everyone has the chance to play! Improve your disc skills in this weekly program – it’s a great way to improve before school tryouts.

• East: Sunday nights at Empire
• West: Sunday nights at Point Grey
• Both programs will run on Sunday nights from 6-8pm
• Each session will feature 1 hour of skills clinic and 1 hour of game play
• Register as an individual or with 1-2 friends!
• Registration opens on December 4

2. U14 Skills Program – Kids can start playing earlier than ever

Kids have been loving our new U14 skills program, and we’re offering it again this winter!

• Sunday mornings at Columbia Field from Feb - Mar
• Each session will feature 1 hour of skills clinic and 1 hour of game play
• Register as an individual or with 1-2 friends
• Registration opens on December 4

3. Misfit Winter Program – Prepare for summer club season!

This program will help develop Vancouver’s elite youth throughout the winter to make sure they are prepared for summer!

• The program runs from January to March (11 weeks total)
• On-field sessions will run on Monday from 7-9:30pm
• Off-field sessions (strength- and conditioning-based) will be Wednesdays or Thursdays at Enhanced Performance.
• Interested players must complete the Misfit Winter Program application form.
• Deadline to apply is December 9.

4. Spring Break Camps – Two weeks, two locations  

This year we’re holding each week of spring break camps at a different location so everyone has the chance to play.

• Each camp is five half-days, with mornings for 8-11 year olds and afternoons for 11-14
• March 19-23 location: Van Tech Secondary School
• March 26-30 location: Point Grey Secondary School
• Cost is $150 and includes a VUL disc and a t-shirt!
• Registration opens on December 4
