Give back to the sport you love!

How? It's easy...by playing the sport you love in the Art Hawkins Great Canadian Ultimate Game. The event was created by and named after our late Executive Director, Art Hawkins, making the game extra special for the VUL.

How the game works

More than 30 Canadian communities will take part in a continuous game of ultimate where each community plays for 1 hour, and the score carries over to the next community! Vancouver's time-slot is Saturday, June 13 from 9-10 pm, but you can also participate on the Chilliwack (Friday June 12, 8-9 pm), and in Maple Ridge (Saturday, June 13, 8-9 pm).

Let's Beat Edmonton!

Last year Edmonton raised the most money of all the communities that participated. This year they have thrown out the challenge that if any league beats them, they will buy that league a keg! So gather some pledges and make a donation yourself to help us re-gain the title we had every year before last year!

Sign up on the calendar if you plan to play in the game. After the game we'll head to London Pub for some tasty beverages.
