Duties & Qualifications
Be the face of the VUL at professional ultimate games and VUL events!
You'll be responsible for all merch related activities at these events: bringing the merch to the event, confirming and coordinating volunteers, inventory counts, managing the float and cash, and sending reports to the Marketing Manager.
You'll also be responsible for executing any VUL promotions at the merchandise booth - ensuring promotional materials are handed out, engaging with visitors, and informing them of upcoming VUL events and/or leagues.
This position requires you to have your own vehicle, and be able to lift bins of up to 20 lbs. The bins can be stored at our locker or your house. All our events are on the weekend, so you must be available on weekends during the given time periods (see below). Most events are for ~4.5 hours each weekend, so they won't take up your whole weekend. Compensation will be competitive with similar positions.
We're looking for 1-3 people over the course of the summer. One person can do all the events, or we can split the contract into periods.
