2022 Checklist - Registration is opening early May.
After tryouts, players who are accepted onto teams must complete these steps to be eligible to participate in practices and tournaments.
All players must register online and pay fees for their team. Registration opening early May.
2. Parental Consent
All players must have parental consent in order to participate. During registration, parents will be sent an email request to provide consent and waiver online.
Parental consent is due by registration close date.
3. Finalizing Payment
Payments are due by the close of registration.
These forms must be received by close of registration for the club program.

Forms should be given directly to Coaches. Coordinators will collect forms from coaches.
5. Additional Information
