Email problems with Hotmail

Over the past week we've received a number of reports that website emails aren't being received by those of you with Hotmail accounts. The emails are being sent, but our email provider (Mailgun) is reporting issues with them being accepted by Hotmail. This is due to a problem with their service, not our emails. We have escalated the issue with them and they are investigating. I'll update this post when we know more.

In the meantime:

  • If your captain sent you a roster invite, go to the MyVUL page. You'll see a link under Messages to accept the invitation there.
  • If you registered as a Duo or Trio, and your friend didn't get the invite to join you, tell them to go to their MyVUL page. They will see a link to accept the invitation there. 
  • If you are trying to activate a new account, email support@vul.ca and we will activate your account for you.
