Providing ongoing support and administrative assistance to Associates Account and
Liaising directly with the accounts/clients to identify their needs and creatively resolve
their most pressing issues.
Connecting with customers to maintain client satisfaction and meaningful one-on-one
Attending face-to-face customer meetings to build confidence in our solutions.
Verifying purchase orders for accuracy.
Engaged in providing technical assistance– by answering client technical queries and
performing research in a savvy manner.
Following-up on client orders to ensure they’re efficiently expedited through the
Liaising with administrative, technical and operations departments in order to provide
smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer demands.
Resolving any order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and a high level of

Maintaining a high level of knowledge of new technology in addition to our Company's

Post-secondary education or related experience.
Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial skills as well as excellent written and verbal
Creative & innovative is an asset.
Experience providing superior customer service in a professional capacity.
Experience in the IT industry and technical product knowledge is an important asset.
Knowledge of marketing procedures, computer product technology (hardware, software and
networks) and sales cycles is an asset
Technical certifications (A+, MCP, MCSE, HP/IBM/Cisco products, Network+, etc.) is an asset.
Experience working in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or distribution channel experience would
