  • Position:  Software Inside Sales Representative

  • Function in an Inside Sales capacity providing ongoing support and administrative assistance to the sales team, including the Account Executive, software team and customers

  • Manage relevant customer and internal software inquiries accurately and in a polite, professional, and expedient manner using the communication tools at your disposal
  • Liaise directly with the account in order to identify and resolve their needs for a given geography
  • Direct contact with the customer and ensure that the customer has a high level of confidence in our ability to satisfy their needs
  • Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive individuals who feel empowered to take ownership of their region and take whatever action is necessary to resolve account-related problems
  • A philosophy that customer service is important above all and an ability to resolve customer needs in innovative and effective manners is the key success factor of this role.
  • Good practical experience and understanding of software licensing, ideally with a minimum of two years' experience in either quoting or purchasing
  • Ability to service customer accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
  • Be an effective and proactive team player, as well as be able to work autonomously
  • Conduct research and exercise good business judgment
  • Experience working in a VAR or distribution channel experience would be beneficial
  • Software vendor certifications are an asset
  • Post-Secondary education would be an asset
