We have recently completed an overhaul of the Game Attendance Reminder email system in order to improve its overall sustainability and reliability. We ran into some problems in the Summer League during playoffs where not all teams were receiving the reminders. That particular issue has been resolved, as well as other small outstanding issues.
The new system will be active as of 3 a.m. on Friday, October 12th. The email itself will not change, and you should continue to receive the attendance reminder emails as you have previously. If you notice any problems, or don't receive an attendance email as expected, please let me know as soon as possible and we will work to get it resolved.
