Reign Invite is organized by Vancouver Ultimate. All teams must register at vul.ca, and all participants must have a myVUL account to participate. Information is collected for insurance purposes and completion of a liability waiver, which must be completed online. The Vancouver Ultimate privacy policy can be accessed here.
This tournament is a sanctioned BC School Sports event. All teams and players must be in good standing with BCSS.

REGISTER YOUR TEAM
Registration is required to accept your team's bid. Click on the registration link below, and follow the prompts. You will be prompted to set up a personal myVUL account if you do not already have one.
- Registration should be completed by school staff only, not volunteer coaches.
- If you are registering two teams (Senior + Junior), complete the form twice, once for each team.
The above link should not be shared with players.
The registration deadline is March 13, 2026.
PAY FOR FEES
Tournament fees ($400.00) can be paid in three different ways:
- By major credit card during the registration process.
- You will receive an automatic receipt after registering
- By Interac e-Transfer to payments@vul.ca.
- Please include “Reign Invite”, your division, and your team name.
- Your school will be mailed an invoice for your records.
- By cheque from your school office to "Vancouver Ultimate League Society"
- During registration, please select “e-Transfer” to bypass the payment page.
- Cheques should be mailed to Box 20093, Fairview PO, Vancouver, BC V5Z 0C1
- Please ensure we receive this by April 2. Cheques will not be accepted at the tournament.
- Your school will be mailed an invoice for your records.
Withdrawals prior to April 2, 2026 at 11:59pm PT will be eligible for a 100% refund. Withdrawals after that time will not be eligible for any refund.
The payment deadline is April 2, 2026.
ROSTER PLAYERS
- After team registration, it can take up to 24 hours for your team to be reflected on your myVUL account. Visit vul.ca/myVUL, find your team on your dashboard, and click “Edit Roster”. Add the email addresses of your players, and they will receive an invitation to join the team.
- Once players have accepted, they will be prompted to complete individual registration, and their parents will be prompted to complete parental consent waivers.
- Only players should be added to your roster. Coaches, staff, and parents should not be added.
The roster deadline is April 8, 2026. All players must be added to your roster, and have all waivers completed.
