Prepare for summer club with our mixed spring tune-up practices! Brush up on your skills and get feedback on elevating your game as we head into the adult tryout season. This program is recommended for adults who have some club ultimate experience at the adult or junior levels, or is intending to compete on a club team in the summer.
This camp is led by Yu Chi Lin, who has playing experience with elite teams including Alpha BC, UBC Thunderbirds, Team Canada, and Furious George. Yu Chi is the Reign Ultimate Coaching Coordinator and is a certified NCCP Ultimate Competition Introduction coach.
Playing Info for 2024
- Format: A mixed-gender training camp with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
- Duration: March 9th to April 6th
- Timeslots: Saturdays from 9am to 11am
- Locations: McNair Secondary School
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
- Equipment Required: A light and a dark shirt, cleats, and your own, filled water bottle
