U14/U16 - Beginner to Intermediate level

Our U14/U16 Ultimate program teaches young players the foundational skills of any Ultimate player. Teamwork, dedication, and spirit of the game are a focus of what we teach here at Reign—and our primary goal is always to have fun!

We run basic drills, activities and games that are fun and functional. Players will learn from experienced instructors. All players are grouped based on their skill level. They will get a chance to play with each other throughout the program as we work through the various skills and games.

Program Information for 2026

• Format: A co-ed skills development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
• Duration: 6 sessions scheduled as follows:
  • September 26
  • October 3
  • October 10
  • October 17
  • October 24
  • October 31
• Locations & Times: Saturdays 10–12pm at McNair Secondary
• Age: 10-14 years old (as of December 31st of the ongoing year)
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome.
• Equipment: Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND white t-shirt.

Fees include VUL Membership, and GST.

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens.
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer.
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
