The VUL Adult Beginner Club is a new program aimed at beginner level players who are looking to improve their skills and knowledge of Ultimate in general and the VUL specifically over a full season (15-weeks). Unlike our Clinics and Boot Camps, the Beginner Club is a longer-term program that will help supplement players existing game experience with regular practices with an experienced coach.
The Beginner Club will focus on essential skill development on:
Throwing and Catching Techniques
Offensive movement
Defensive movement
On the disc marking
It will also teach overall strategy, rules knowledge and Spirit of the Game education in a weekly format that will also allow participants to have discussions about experiences they might be having in their Summer League games.

- Duration: 15 weeks from May 5th to August 11th
- Schedule:
- Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Location: TBD
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent
