Want to get into the youth club Ultimate and not sure where to start? Welcome to Momentum!
Momentum Club is the perfect place for high school ultimate players (ages 13+) to build skills, gain confidence, and stay in the game—without the pressure of tryouts. Designed for athletes with some Ultimate experience (like a high school season), this mixed-gender developmental program helps players sharpen their fundamentals, grow their tactical knowledge, and play in a fun, supportive environment.
What to Expect:
- High-energy training sessions blending drills, activities, and scrimmages
- Great coaching to develop throwing, cutting, defense, and field awareness
- A welcoming community of players hungry to improve and push their game forward
Whether you’re looking to prepare for club tryouts or just want to keep your momentum going, this program is for you!

Program information:
- Format: Co-ed skills development with structured training + game play
- Duration: June 10th to July 31st, 2025 (7 weeks)
- Timeslot: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 pm to 6 pm
- Schedule: 2 hrs per session
- Location: Prince of Wales High School
- Age: from age 13yrs+ (U17) as of December 31st the ongoing year.
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender
- Equipment required: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt.

Fees:
Single Player - $450.00 (incl. GST)
Fees include:
- Elite coaching - There will be experienced dedicated coaches who will guide you through drills and scrims.
- Misfit T-shirt and a Misfit disc.
- Fields, equipment, membership, insurance, and administration fee.
How to Register:
Complete these steps to register:
- Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens.
- Registration is completed online. We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer.
- If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
- Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
