Misfit Winter U19 - Advanced/Intermediate

Winter 2026 program information has been updated now.

πŸ’ͺ Misfit Winter Program – Train Smarter, Play Sharper (Intermediate to Advanced)

The Misfit Winter Program is for experienced high school athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level.

This 8-week training series blends skills, strategy, and gameplay β€” preparing athletes for spring and summer club seasons through competitive, structured sessions.

Each week, athletes will train through:

  • High-tempo drills and skill progressions designed to refine throwing, cutting, and defence
  • Mini-game scenarios that focus on decision-making and field awareness
  • Live scrimmages where players put it all together in a competitive, team-focused environment

Coaches emphasize smart play, leadership, and tactical understanding β€” helping athletes connect individual skills to real in-game execution.

The season will wrap up with a VUL Spring Hat tournament (free for participants of this program), giving players a final chance to showcase growth, teamwork, and spirit before heading into spring tryouts and competition season.

Throughout the winter, Misfit teams will aim to create opportunities to scrimmage with nearby clubs like Reign, Canyon, and Vortex, offering a fun and challenging way to test progress against other programs.

If Misfit is able to secure a bid for C4UC 2026, then there will be further information provided regarding the additional participation fee and training schedule.
