Overview:

U19 - Intermediate to Advanced level

Canyon offers an elite team-based coaching and training program for High School Ultimate players for the Fall season. It is a great opportunity for the players to practice drills and play beyond the summer season.

This program is player-focused, built to give individual players the opportunity to grow their skills and deepen their knowledge of the game, all while being surrounded by top competitive coaches who are eager to answer questions and help them improve.

Games will be played in 4v4 or 5v5 formats, and divisions will be mixed or gender-separated depending on registration numbers.

New for 2026! -

• Participants can sign up for a single session (drop-in) at $30 per session or save $110 by signing up for all 12 sessions.
• You will be asked to choose the date for the individual session at the time of registration. We request folks to sign up atleast 24hrs in advance of the next session so that the coaches can be notified about your attendance.
• If you want to purchase a new disc, please let us know at canyon@vul.ca (mention your program name and quantity needed) We will create a new invoice in the system for payment by credit card or e-transfer (no cash please).

Program Information for 2026:

• Format: Team based training (Open/Women/Mixed based on registration)
• Duration: 12 weeks (September 19th to December 5)
• Location and Timeslot: Kirkstone Turf - Saturdays from 6.30pm to 8.30pm (2 hrs per session)
• Age: Age 14 to 18 years as of December 31st of the ongoing year. However, we will consider younger/older kids joining on a case-by-case basis. Email us at canyon@vul.ca 
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
• Equipment needed: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt.

• Single Session (drop-in) - $30.00 (incl. GST + VUL membership)
• All Sessions - $250.00 (incl. GST + VUL membership)
• Disc (optional purchase) - $20.00 per disc (incl. GST)
• Fees include:
  • Top level coaching - Each team will have two to three dedicated coaches, who will guide you through practices and scrimmages.
  • Fields, equipment, membership, insurance and administration fee.
    

How to Register:

Complete these steps to register:

1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens.
2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer.
3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
