Our Adult Beginner Club is built for beginner-level players looking to improve their skills and knowledge of Ultimate over a full season (15-weeks). Unlike our Clinics and Boot Camps, the Beginner Club is a longer-term program that will help supplement players existing game experience with regular practices with an experienced coach.
The Beginner Club will focus on essential skill development around:
- Throwing and Catching Techniques
- Offensive movement
- Defensive movement
- On the disc marking
We also teach overall strategy, rules knowledge, and Spirit of the Game in a weekly format, with opportunities to discuss experiences from Summer League games.

- Duration: 15 weeks from May 5th to August 11th
- Schedule: Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Location: Winona S
- Age: 19+, or 17+ with parental consent
