Washroom Codes for Vancouver
Washrooms at our fields should be unlocked for the entire duration of our permit. If a washroom has been locked early, please call 3-1-1 and ask for a Park Ranger to unlock them.

Lights for Vancouver
For light issues at Andy Livingstone, Empire, Hamber, Jericho, Memorial South, Point Grey, Trillium and Van Tech, Call Skylogix (604) 257-8670 to troubleshoot lighting issues 24/7. Have your permit #, facility name (including north/west/east/south when applicable), permitted time, and your specific issue (lights never on, lights off early, lights on late, etc).
Do NOT call Skylogix to report burnt out bulbs or issues on grass or all weather fields.

Guidelines & Tips
If another group is using the field when you arrive, follow these guidelines:
- Be respectful and patient at all times.
- Give them a heads-up that you have a permit and will be starting soon.
- It can help to point out other spaces that may be available. Most groups leave without any trouble.
If they don't want to leave and/or claim they have a permit:
- Ask for the person in charge and name of the group. Show our permits if necessary (above).
- Ask to see their permit.
If the group refuses to leave the field contact the Park Ranger or City Representative at the following number:

If the Park Ranger or City Representative doesn't come, call the police via the non-emergency number. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.
