Misfit Fall U19 Program

Misfit is bringing two U19 programs to Vancouver this Fall. A U19 Intermediate program and a U19 Advanced program

  • U19 Intermediate
    • Is a developmental program for players of all ages meant to improve their skills and develop their passion for the sport of Ultimate in a non-competitive environment.
  • U19 Advanced 
    • This program is for experienced players looking to develop their skills in a competitive environment. This program will have scrimmages with other local teams and will include one tournament in their program. 
    • There will be a selection process for the U19 Advanced program. 

 

Program Information for 2023

  • Format: An Open and Women's development program with a mix of drills, activities and scrimmages
  • Duration: 
    • 9 weeks (Intermediate program)
    • 9 weeks (Advanced program)
  • Locations & Times: 
    • Option 1 U19 Intermediate: Sunday mornings, Winona North 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
    • Option 2 U19 Advanced: Monday evenings, Van Tech 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
    • Age: 14-18 years old, 
  • Inclusivity: All players are welcome.

August 15Online Registration Opens
September 11/12        Program Starts (Sunday & Monday)
October 1      Online Registration Closes
October 7/8NO activities due to Thanksgiving
October 31NO Advanced program due to Halloween
November 13Intermediate program finishes
November 21Advanced program Finishes 

Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND white t-shirt, or order one online during registration.

How to Register

Complete these steps to register:

  1. Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens. 
  2. Registration is completed online.  We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer. 
  3. If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
  4. Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
