In 2025, Vancouver Ultimate secured a Veo Cam 3 to support team and player development across our junior club teams. It gives coaches and athletes an easy way to review games, study systems, build highlights, and share key moments from the season. The camera is now also available for rent for contributing touring teams and non-member groups for game film and livestreaming.

Rates & Charges

• Example of a 2-day rental:
  1. Pickup on Friday
  2. Use on Saturday and Sunday
  3. Return any time Sunday or Monday. 
• Full rental payment is required prior to pick-up. We accept Interac e-Transfer and cheque only.
• Late returns may be subject to penalties, and replacement charges will apply for equipment that is damaged, lost, or not returned.
• Rentals must be picked up from and returned in good condition to VUL staff in Richmond.
• Renters are responsible for learning how to use the equipment before use.
• For livestreaming, renters must provide their own stable internet connection through Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot.
