U19/U14 Clinic Instructors

We're seeking for a few more clinic instructors for our U19 Skills and U14 Girls Only Skills clinics. Here are the following dates - U19: June 24; U14: June 10, 24, July 15, 29, and August 12. Email youth@vul.ca to apply. 

Prize Crew

Get paid to spread the love by delivering gifts, prizes and spirit ties to VUL teams during the summer. All you need is a car and a spirited attitude. The job is for 2-3 hours per night for 2 or more weeknights during the summer on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings. Plus, you'll get a free VUL jersey and hat to wear! Email mm@vul.ca if you're interested.

Meetup Hosts

Join our community of Event Hosts to coordinate fun meet-ups like disc golf,trivia night, and board games nights. Read more and sign up for some great perks! 

Mentors

Mentors help new teams have a positive experience playing ultimate. Read more about the role, or email Mauro via coaching@vul.ca to apply.

Youth Instructors & Coaches

We have multiple opportunities to teach ultimate to youth with our competitive club teams, recreational leagues, and fun camps. Share your knowledge with the next generation! Read more about all of the roles, or email our Youth Manager via youth@vul.ca for more information.

Field Monitor

When the weather is questionable in the Fall and Winter, Field Monitors help us check fields to see if they are playable. A stipend is provided. Email Troe via LM@vul.bc.ca to apply.

Event Crew

Board Committees

The Board has a number of committees to help ensure the VUL is well run.

Governance

This committee supports the Board to improve governance practices. The committee provides guidance for Board operation, supports ongoing renewal with new candidates, facilitates Board self-evaluation, and encourages best practices for all Board obligations. To apply to join the committee, email board@vul.ca.

HR

This committee supports the Board with HR activities of the VUL, mainly related to senior staff. The committee is currently not looking for any new members.

Strategic Planning

This committee supports the Board with strategic planning and advising the Board on long-term strategic direction. If you are interested in this committee, contact the board for more information: board@vul.ca
