CUC Coordinator

The VUL runs 3 club programs for competitive youth players: Misfit in Vancouver, Vortex in Surrey, and Reign in Richmond. The CUC Coordinator will support players and coaches from all 3 programs at the Canadian Ultimate Championships in August. The dynamic role is similar to an Assistant Chef de Mission. Read more about the role

Misfit Coordinator

Marketing Manager

The VUL will start a search for a new Marketing Manager shortly. We are reviewing the job description before an official posting. In the meantime, we welcome expressions of interest in the role. Email the E.D. ( if you are interested or have any questions.

Meetup Hosts

Join our community of Event Hosts to coordinate fun meet-ups like disc golf, trivia night, and board games nights. Read more and sign up for some great perks!

Field Monitor

When the weather is questionable in the fall & winter, Field Monitors help us check fields to see if they are playable. A stipend is provided. Email the League Manager via for more info.

Board Committees

The Board has a number of committees to help ensure the VUL is well run.


This committee supports the Board to improve governance practices. The committee provides guidance for Board operation, supports ongoing renewal with new candidates, facilitates Board self-evaluation, and encourages best practices for all Board obligations. To apply to join, email
