Reign is bringing two U19 programs to the fields this fall.
U19 Essentials
- This program focuses on helping players develop. Players can expand the summer skills they gained in a competitive and supportive environment with a mix of drills, activities, and scrimmages.
U19 Advanced
This program has been designed for experienced players to refine their skills through on-field drills, scrimmages and group gym sessions.
Program Information for 2023
- Format: A co-ed skills development program with a mix of drills, activities, and scrimmages. The U19 Advanced has a gym component.
- Duration: September 16 to December 9, 2023 (10 weeks)
- Timeslot:
- U19 Advanced - Saturdays, 7pm to 9pm (Sundays, 5pm to 7.30pm - in gym)
- U19 Essentials - Saturdays, 7pm to 9pm
- Excludes Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day weekend.
- Schedule: 2 hrs per sessions
- Location:
- U19 Advanced & Essential - Steveston-London Secondary
- U19 Advanced has additional strength & conditioning program with United Barbell Club on Sundays (5pm–7:30 pm)
- Age: Age 14 to 18 years as of December 31st of the ongoing year. However, we will consider younger kids joining on a case-by-case basis.
- Inclusivity: All players are welcome, including LGBTQ2+ and transgender.
- Equipment: Water bottle, Cleats or runners can be used on synthetic turf fields, but we recommend cleats. Everyone must bring a dark AND light t-shirt. You can purchase a VUL reversible jersey during the registration process.

How to Register
Complete these steps to register:
- Registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis once registration opens.
- Registration is completed online. We accept payment by credit card, Visa Debit, or e-transfer.
- If a player U19 registers themselves, they must also get Parental Consent. Emails are sent to the player and parent/guardian with instructions.
- Read the before your register page and then register online once registration opens.
