Vancouver Fall High School 5-on-5 League

League registration for Fall 2025 will be live by August 29, 2025

Keep your summer team rolling into the fall!

Did you play with your school friends, or on a summer club team like Misfit, Maverick, Canyon, Vintage, Reign etc.? This league is the perfect way to stay together. Gather your teammates, sign up as a team, and keep building on the chemistry and friendships you’ve already made. Whether you’re coming from a Misfit program or forming a brand-new crew, everyone’s welcome.

Why 5-on-5?

  • Fast & Fun: The smaller field and fewer players keep the game moving and guarantee lots of touches.

  • Always Involved: With subs on the fly, you’ll stay active and engaged from start to finish.

  • Skill Growth: The best way to improve is by playing. With constant touches and quick decisions, you’ll develop fundamentals while experimenting with new throws and strategies in real game situations.

👀New this year!
We’re adding more to the experience. Expect more media coverage with photos and videos all season long, plus a year-end social and awards banquet to celebrate the community and all your hard work.

Don’t have a team yet?
No problem. Email youth@vul.ca and we’ll do our best to place you on an existing roster. With enough individual sign-ups, we may even create a brand new team. You can also check out our Skill Series programs if you’re looking for a focus on drills plus weekly scrimmages.

⚠️ Limited to 8 teams only! Be sure to register early to secure your spot. If more than 8 teams register, then the additional teams will automatically get waitlisted and their spot will be confirmed as per the schedule below.

How to register

All players should be in high school, from age 14 to 18 (grade 8-12, as of December 31 this year). However, we will consider younger kids joining on a case-by-case basis.

Complete these steps to register:

To register a team, all registration is done online. Payment can be made online with a credit card, VISA Debit, or  e-transfer before the end of the registration. Only the Captain/Chaperone needs to pay the Team fee (players pay the Captain/Chaperone).

After registering your team:

  1. Captains must complete their rosters by inviting players to join their team. See Help for instructions. Players will be asked to agree to the Statement of Consent and confirm that they have Parental Consent to play. All players must be rostered before games start.
  2. If your team is providing their own Chaperone, Chaperones must complete a Conduct Form, then scan this completed document and send it to the Youth Manager before the league starts.
  3. All Chaperones and Team Captains must attend the Captain's Meeting on September 28 at Empire (the meeting starts at 5:45 PM). This will be a quick meeting to discuss the logistics of the league and expectations about conduct and fair play.
